There's something in your life that you long to change. It might be improving your health, deepening the nature of your relationships, or taking on something challenging to progress professionally.
You know exactly what to do, you know precisely how to do it, and you know how much it will improve your life.
The task goes on your to-do list…but then you get busy, so it drops on to tomorrow's list…
The next day you truly mean to do the task, but somehow the day slips away and you don't quite get to it.
By the third day you are starting to wonder if you're ever going to get around to doing that task.
And by the fifth day you don't even bother to include it on your to-do list because you don't want to feel like a failure when you don't do it.
You are not a failure! (Even if that's how you feel)
The reason you aren't taking action isn't because you are weak-willed or inferior or lazy AND (regardless how you feel) you are not a failure.
The reason you aren't taking action is because of a limiting belief you are holding deep in your subconscious mind. It might be a limiting belief about what you are capable of or about what is possible in the world. It might even be a limiting belief about what you deserve in life.
Just because the limiting belief is holding you back today doesn't mean it always has to be this way.
That is why I created the Clear 5 Limiting Beliefs In 5 Days Challenge.
